Full-Day Botox/Dysport Training Program Schedule

Standard treatment zones: glabellar lines, forehead lines, crow’s feet, bunny lines, gummy smile, masseter hypertrophy, etc. Dosing guidelines, injection patterns, and tips for natural-looking results.

Assessing the Face & Personalized Treatment Planning

Systematic facial assessment (static vs dynamic wrinkles, muscle strength, asymmetry, patient goals). How to create individualized treatment plans.

Consenting Process

Afternoon Session:

Hands-On Practical Training (1:15 PM – 5:00 PM)

 

Practical Component: 3 hours 30 minutes of supervised hands-on injecting

Afternoon Orientation & Setup

Review of safety protocols, station assignments, model consent review, and demonstration of injection techniques by instructor.

Hands-On Practical: Botox/Dysport Injections

3 hrs 30 min

Participants inject under direct instructor supervision.

Students may:

​

  • Bring their own model (friend or patient)

  • Volunteer to be a model for other students Injections will primarily use normal saline for practice to allow multiple passes and learning without permanent effect.

 

However, if the student or model prefers actual Botox/Dysport, the product will be provided at cost (participants responsible for payment).

​

 

Focus areas include:

​

  • Accurate muscle targeting and dosing

  • Proper needle depth and angle

  • Managing patient comfort and anxiety

  • Real-time adjustment based on muscle response

  • Documentation and post-injection care Instructors circulate to provide individualized feedback, troubleshooting, and technique refinement.

Additional Notes for Smooth Delivery:

  • All participants must bring proof of licensure (MD, RN, NP, or PA) on the day of the course.

  • Model consent forms and photography release forms will be provided and must be completed prior to any injections.

  • Safety first: strict adherence to clen technique, universal precautions, and emergency protocols.

  • At the end of the day (~4:45–5:00 PM), include a brief 10–15 minute group debrief: share learnings, most improved technique, and remaining questions.

  • Supplies provided: needles, syringes, alcohol swabs, marking pencils, gloves, etc. Participants are responsible for any actual product costs if chosen.

  • Students must provide their own models (friend, colleague, or patient who has given consent).

  • All dermal filler product will be purchased at cost directly during the practical session from the course provider. Students may not bring their own dermal filler into the facility.

​

However, if the student or model prefers actual Botox/Dysport, the product will be provided at cost (participants responsible for payment).

​

 

Focus areas include:

​

  • Midface volumization and cheek enhancement

  • Lip augmentation and contouring

  • Jawline sculpting and lower face contouring

  • Safe use of needle and cannula techniques

  • Real-time assessment and adjustment for natural results

  • Immediate recognition and management of potential adverse events Instructors circulate to provide individualized coaching, technique refinement, and feedback on product placement, depth, and volume.

Additional Notes for Smooth Delivery:

  • All participants must bring proof of licensure (MD, RN, NP, or PA) on the day of the course.

  • Model consent forms, photography release forms, and aftercare instructions will be provided and must be completed before any injections.

  • Hyaluronidase will be readily available on-site for immediate reversal practice if needed.
