Terms & Conditions

 

Proof of licensure : as part of the registration process, all participants are required to provide to us a copy of their medical and or nursing license. Practitioners will be permitted to perform any treatments or services taught during the course in their home or licensed state provided that those services are already within their scope of practice, and there is no explicit exclusion of them performing the services by the appropriate authorization board. Practitioners are solely responsible to understand and follow their medical, dental, or nursing state board requirements. Practitioners need to determine if they are legally permitted to purchase any products which are used in the teaching program and to use them in their practice as well as during the hands-on workshop. Practitioners are responsible for determining if they are permitted to perform these procedures at our courses and in their own practice. We are not responsible for regulations or changes made by professional overseeing boards. Practitioner is responsible for ensuring all laws related to medical clinic ownership in their state and the performance of porcedures thereof.

Documentation:  each practitioner must be responsible for documenting and treating in their practice. Practitioners must be fully licensed in order to perform techniques and follow what is considered the standard of care within their community. This includes but is not limited to patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Practitioners must use independent and professional judgment in the diagnosis and treatment of patients during their training with us. Medical aesthetic mentors assumes no responsibility for patient care and does not provide medical, dental or legal advice. It is responsibility of each participant to understand and comply with local, state and federal laws and guidelines pertaining to licensure requirements, applicable to either the practice of medicine or other provisions of healthcare services and law in their home state. Questions pertaining to the practice of medicine or such other provisions of healthcare services should be directed to your applicable state licensure board.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction: in the event of dispute or litigation these terms and conditions to be construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, regardless of any conflict of law rules. Registers hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the state of New York. This section shall survive termination of the relationship between the par venues for any such dispute. I'll take place in Westchester County, New York. Any event of such proceedings, the litigant that brings for charges, agrees to cover the attorney fees of both themselves and of Medical Aesthetic Mentors, LLC, with Medical Aesthetic Mentors, LLC having exclusive and non-negotiable pick of their attorney and/or attorney's for representation.

Video Recording: All participants shall be aware that components of the lecture, as well as the practical may be video recorded. These will be used for various purposes strictly determined by Medical Aesthetic Mentors, LLC, and are not limited to the use of social media publication as well as other forms of communication and marketing. Attendees to the course agree to be in these videos and these videos may be used indefinitely without any further need for consent. Participants in the program agreed to waive any claims of damages or harm[s] as result of these videos being posted/published, and agree to hold Medical Aesthetic Mentors, LLC, its' owner[s], associates, instructors, affiliates, independent contractors, and holdings harmless in relation to any claims made in relation to use of the videos.  Further, attendees agree to be  ineligible for any type of financial remuneration in relation to use and distribution of the videos and/or profit made as a result of the video usage, images, screenshots or likeness to the Attendees.

Changes : Any changes made to these terms and conditions may be done without the need for prior notification or post notification that changes have been made. Any effective changes are immediately active changes may only be made by Medical Aesthetic Mentors, LLC

Prerequisite Training: Attendees are expected to review pertinent information before attending any of our workshops. Participants will receive a certificate of training once they have shown competency in the class and have shown proficiency in identifying key elements of the scan.

Vendor and Photography Disclosure: Medical Aesthetic Mentors, LLC has the exclusive rights of inviting vendors to their programs. All medical advice, treatment, and or products and services given by those vendors should be taken at your own discretion. We assume no responsibility for the information provided by third parties or the content of other Internet sites to which we may provide a link on our website. You further understand that at no time are we making any representation or warranty regarding any sponsors or other attendees products or services, nor are reliable for the sponsors products and or services.

Copyright and Trademark Services:  you understand that copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws apply to the materials on our website as well as any materials provided during the courses at any of our events. Such content may not be downloaded, republish, resold, or duplicated, in part or hole, for any purpose. You further understand that the accuracy and completeness of this data cannot be guaranteed.

Payments and Refund Policy :  all class must be paid in full prior to the day of training. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend our class after you have already registered and paid in full for it, no refund is given within 10 days of the first day of class. Our instructors have made flight and hotel arrangements in addition to changing the office hours and patient schedule for their private practices. For this reason, out of consideration to our training staff, we have a "no refund within 10 day policy" .   If for some reason Medical Aesthetic Mentors, LLC cancel the classes, then a full refund will be issued to the participants. We are not responsible for any financial loss which you may incur from hotel and flights, related travel expenses, transportation or changes in your work schedule.     If you choose to do a "charge back" via the credit card carrier, violation of the refund policy, the matter will be referred to our team of attorneys, and you will not receive a refund, you will be denied any future registration in our programs or related events, as well as incur any of our legal course and administrative costs  associated with reclaiming of the funds.

Force Mageure :  neither of us shall be responsible for failure or delay performance, if caused by an active war, hostility, or sabotage, act of God, pandemic, electrical, Internet, or telecommunication outage that is not caused by the obligated party, government restrictions, other events outside the reasonable control of the obligated party. We both will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of force Mageure event. This section does not excuse either potty's obligation to take reasonable steps to follow. It's normal disaster, recovery procedures, or your obligation to pay for services ordered or delivered. Under any circumstance, no refund shall be permitted, however, if reasonable, we may convert the course to a virtual course in terms of the didactic section only. In such case, none of the refund guarantees shall apply.

Course Conduct :  it is expected that all attendees shall show respect to each other as well as to the instructor and any volunteers that are willing to be part of the practical hands-on component. The instructor has the sole right of dismissing a student from the class should they be deemed disruptive to the learning process, which includes rudeness to the instructor and other students and inappropriate words and actions. While we respect the right to air your opinions, we asked that they stay within the realm of the topic that we are covering. Should a attendee be asked to leave the class due to the above, no refunds shall be given. Further attendance in the program will be prohibited.

HIPPA :  please keep in mind that you will be treating individuals who are volunteers during the practical component. You are obligated to follow all applicable laws of HIPPA in terms of privacy. You agree that any violation that you perform of the HIPPA act is completely limited to you and you agreed to hold Medical Aesthetic Mentors, LLC, it's owners, instructors, vendors, independent, contractors, and holdings harmless of any allegations in relation to violation of patient privacy, and HIPPA.
