Refund Policy

Refund and Payment Policy - the Basics

All classes must be painful prior to obtaining the training.

  • No refunds shall be granted, either partially or in full, within 10 days of the training program date that you signed up for. You may, however, ask that those funds be moved to a different training date, reflecting a date which has been posted on our website. That request to mpve to a different date MUST be MORE than 10 days prior to the class date you signed up for. There is no guarantee that we can give you that new date, as that date may longer be available due to various circumstances. This request to move to a different date may be done only one time. If you cancel , for whatever reason, within 10 days of the planned training program, or do not show to the program, there will be no refund. This is our policy because our instructors have already booked airfare and hotels to accommodate the students who have signed up for the program, and they have already changed their schedule to help provide the training which many people seek. 

  •   If you are unable to provide us a substitute date for training within the next six month period, there will be no refund to your original charge.

  • All payments are FINAL and are not based on Satisfaction nor expectations that ypu might have had. While we strive to do our best for each and every student, human nature is such that we CANNOT guarantee sentiment.
